How do I redeem my student discount?
To redeem exclusive student discounts, please order through your local Andau Medical Territory Manager. If you do not have a designated TM at the moment, please contact our team directly and prepare valid Student ID.
How do I know an item is compatible with my current Admetec product?
If you are unsure about an item's compatability with your existing devices, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team at customerservice@andaumedical.com and we would be happy to help verify for you.
When will I get my order?
All orders ship out from our USA Warehouse. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
I live in Canada. Can I order on this shop?
No. Our Canadian shop is under construction and will be available soon!
