Return & Refund Policy

- ALL BATTERIES AND LIGHTINING SYSTEMS ARE FINAL SALE 
All product returns require prior written authorization from Andau and the issuance of a valid Returned Goods Authorization (“RGA”) number. Products must be returned in original, unopened, and resaleable condition with a minimum of eighteen (18) months of shelf life remaining. Returns must be received within thirty (30) days of RGA issuance, or the RGA will be deemed void.
 
Andau will not accept returns of custom products, non-stock items, made-to-order products, expired goods, drug products (ie. those regulated under a Drug Identification Number), or items returned due to overstocking, over-ordering, or changes in Customer purchasing requirements. Unauthorized returns, or those missing a valid RGA, will be refused and returned to the Customer at their expense.
 
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all applicable freight charges. In cases where Andau is responsible for a shipping error,  returns will be accepted with prepaid shipping and no restocking fee, provided they have been authorized in writing.
 
All RGA requests must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date and must include complete product and purchase information, including the original purchase order number, product description, quantity, lot number, expiry date, and reason for return. Credit will be issued only upon successful inspection of returned goods and is subject to compliance with all applicable return conditions.
Limited Warranty
  1. Manufacturer's Warranty. The products sold by Andau are warranted solely by the original manufacturer(s) of the products, in accordance with the warranty terms, conditions, and limitations provided by each manufacturer. Andau makes no additional warranties, express or implied, beyond those provided by the manufacturer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  2. Scope of Warranty. The warranty for each product is limited to the terms specified by the manufacturer, which may vary by product and manufacturer. Such warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period, as outlined in the manufacturer's warranty documentation provided with the product or available upon request. Andau shall not be liable for any warranty claims exceeding the scope or duration of the manufacturer's warranty.
  3. Warranty Administration. Any claims under a manufacturer’s warranty must be directed to the manufacturer or its authorized service provider, as specified in the manufacturer’s warranty documentation. Andau may, at its discretion, assist customers in coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer 
  4. Exclusions. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the manufacturer’s warranty does not cover, and Andau shall not be liable for, damages or defects caused by: (a) improper use, installation, or maintenance; (b) modifications or repairs not authorized by the manufacturer; (c) accidents, abuse, neglect, or misuse; (d) normal wear and tear; or (e) any other conditions outside the manufacturer’s control.
  5. Compliance with Applicable Laws.
    • United States: The warranties provided are subject to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, where applicable. Consumers may have additional rights under federal or state law, which this clause does not limit or replace. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply.
  6. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andau disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as provided by the manufacturer or required by applicable U.S. or Canadian law. Andau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
